The information you give us during onboarding (first name, goal, level, measurements, workout preferences) and your in-app usage data (completed workouts, progress, settings). We don't collect any sensitive data without your explicit consent.
Only to personalize your 67-day program, tailor the intensity and workouts to your profile, track your progress, and improve the app. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. We apply industry standards to protect it against any unauthorized access.
We use service providers (hosting, payments through the App Store) strictly necessary to run the service. They only have access to the data essential to their task and are bound by confidentiality.
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data at any time. Just reach out to us.
You can delete your account and all of your data directly from the app settings, or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent and takes effect within 30 days.
